Disclaimer:
The UU Growth Lab membership program is designed to support learning, reflection, and skill-building around congregational growth and belonging, including membership development.

However, growth outcomes depend on many factors beyond this program, including leadership decisions, congregational culture, capacity, and follow-through. All materials are educational in nature.

Congregational leaders are responsible for discerning what to implement, how to adapt strategies, and what is appropriate for their unique context. Participation does not guarantee specific results or membership growth.
