Deepening Newcomer Engagement and Membership

In this session we'll explore strategies for helping newcomers move out of the “visitor zone” and into deeper participation and membership. We’ll also discuss promoting stewardship through community building, meaningful conversation, and collaboration. Note that congregations often fail to delivered on connection, meaning, and belonging before asking people to pledge. We'll discuss as this issue keeps coming up in my membership development conversations.
