Our Fall 2026 UU Growth Lab live sessions include a strategy spotlight with time for Q&A, breakout groups to discuss your growth efforts, a larger collaborative strategy conversation, and a block focused on implementation support. That's a shift in our approach to center what you're actually working on. 🙌
In this session's strategy spotlight, I'll speak to congregational size, expectations, and how understanding the discrepancy between your previous, present, and ideal congregation can help your leaders make more sustainable growth strategy decisions.
Again, that spotlight is now a smaller part of our session time. What you are actually working on and associated challenges and practical implementation questions are the primary focus.
