I'm Unitarian Universalist trainer and coach, Peter Bowden. Welcome to the UU Growth Lab! 

To meet the challenges of our time, from pandemics to accelerating technology impacts, our leaders and their congregations need to embrace an experimental mindset and use  faster learning cycles.

Thanks to accelerating technology, everything is going to be changing faster forever.  Stability comes from accepting this and designing a corresponding ministry development strategy. 

This rapid constant change is why I'm adapting my approach and developing the UU Growth Lab.  

Think of it as a combined  learning community, training center, media studio, and ministry innovation laboratory! 

• Learning Community:  UU clergy, staff and volunteer leaders are invited to gather with me online via Zoom and via a lab member area to learn, strategize, and innovate together. 
  
• Training Center:  This year (2024-2025) I am leading training live online, on-demand, and in 3D physical space. 
  
• Media Studio:  Media is an essential part of how we do ministry today. For those who want to implement video and advertising strategies I recommend, I am starting to produce video content with congregations remotely. If you can Zoom, we can work together.
  
• Ministry Innovation Lab: There are things we need to try if we are going to thrive. Together we can experiment, learn, and accelerate our innovation.
