Remote Strategy Sessions
I offer one-on-one and team strategy sessions for clergy, staff, and volunteer teams. These are conducted remotely via Zoom, as well as in the greater Boston, MA area.
Sessions combine training, strategy discussion, immediate problem solving, and Q&A.
Workshops & Seminars
I offer custom training and enrichment programs for religious professionals, staff, volunteers leaders.
From digital strategy and membership development to the latest on artificial intelligence for clergy & community leaders.
Pulpit Supply
I speak at Unitarian Universalist congregations in the greater Boston area (primarily), MA, RI, CT, and across the United States in conjunction with larger training events.
Services are typically combined with coffee hour seminars or afternoon leadership events.

About Peter Bowden
A lifelong Unitarian Universalist, I have worked as an independent trainer, coach, consultant, media producer, and ministry innovator supporting UU congregations for over 20 years.
I co-founded the UU Small Group Ministry Network, was one of the first to produce Unitarian Universalist content for YouTube, was an early innovator helping congregations navigate websites and social media, and am now working to make sense of AI.
Technological acceleration requires we experiment, learn, and adapt faster. Much of my work is dedicated to accelerating our learning, growth, and innovation as Unitarian Universalists.
