UU Growth Lab Live Session Schedule
These live sessions are an opportunity for us to learn and grow together with my facilitating. Besides the immediate value, this informs the on-demand training and resources I develop for our members.
Three Month Overview
June's session is a big strategy integration followed by discussion of what's working in your congregations (or not).
July's session is dedicated to planning video content for the Fall - hands on, practical, get it done! Video is how human beings show up online to meet, greet, orient and welcome people exploring your congregation at 2am.
August's session is planning with a UU Growth perspective. We'll discuss strategy for programming, newcomer opportunities, and share calendar insights.
