Our August training cycle (live session + on-demand training) is dedicated to help you planning the Fall season with a UU Growth Lab mindset.
- I want to help you maximize the impact of the season
- I want to help you help every potential visitor and newcomer have a great experience and, if right for them, move into membership
- I want to help your congregation grow
Often congregations wait to think about visitors until after.
After things start up. After visitors start showing up. After the calendar is filled with anchor events like ingathering, holidays, core programs, and other offerings.
I want to help you think through all the things you NEED and WANT to have on your calendar, and consider the needs of visitors and newcomers throughout the planning process.
Less about adding new things and more about being strategic with what you are already doing.
Our live session and on-demand training will help you look at your plans with an eye for visitors, their needs, the rhythm of the Fall month-to-month. What would I say and offer growth strategy wise if I could join your leadership for a Fall planning meeting? This is it!
We'll weave in digital strategy, hospitality, membership development, small groups, and connecting events. Communication strategy too. Going to pack it in.
