We're experimenting with a new kind of member-only gathering: implementation sessions! We have two planned for this week.

- Team account holders, please forward this to those who may be interested in participating.
These sessions are members-only and not recorded. The purpose is to gather and work on a strategy or project you want to implement, or to come and think about it while listening to others.

You are welcome to participate in either, or if you like, both. Again, these are implementation-focused working sessions.
HERE'S THE PLAN
Bring a specific question, share an idea, ask for feedback, come to connect and listen, or simply show up to help others.
A Few Examples:
• Working on a video to support visitor experience, ask for content or video-making tips
• Working on web updates, ask for feedback on a page
• Working on making coffee hour more visitor-friendly, share present approach and get feedback on what you might add to enhance
Whatever you are working on UU growth-wise, the goal is to help each other move forward. You are welcome to come to listen, think, and support others. We'll adjust our format based on how many people participate.

PS -- In addition to being of immediate support, these sessions will help me identify challenges and barriers to implementing growth strategies. That will inform upcoming monthly trainings and strategy conversations.
